Sony DSC T2 ; Olympus µ 790SW

theres a stock clearance sale at Low Yat plaza today on Digital Cameras. I went there early, hoping to get my hands on the sleek, sissy & sexy Sony DSC T2 (8.0 m.p, built in 4GB & Touch screen) at only Rm599..

had trouble finding the shop, and when i did, they told me Sony DSC T2 & T70 sold out already... shit... i think its just a marketing gimmick. they probably dont even sell them.. so, i had to settle with Olympus instead ; the total opposite of Sony... the one i got is one hell of a tough model.. the weather proof Olympus 790 Sw for the same price..

ish ... i wanted the Sony lahhh..........

Vacation report ; Batu Pahat

what i did in Batu Pahat (picture above is taken at midnight, in the landmark of Batu Pahat, which you can see a monument of Batu & Pahat = Stone & Chisel) :

what most people would do. EAT ! ate alot of pork... afterall, pork are cheap there :P .. they must have lots of babi-s around

visited a temple located in a fishing village. there, i got the chance to touch one of the biggest freshwater fish, Arapaima. They're totally tame... they dont mind being touched by people, thats the coolest part ^^ they're about 5 feet long..

its really crap lah today.. didnt do a thing... didnt know what to do !! i feel like earning some extra bucks, but i noticed that i dont have any skills... also, what kind of sports can i play, ALONE ! alright, you might wanna say "Go fly kite" or "Go fishing" ..

aiya, also dont have a camera to play around with.. havent got a laptop for me to spend time customizing.. am stuck as a year 2 college student who has only finished the 1st semester.. going for National Service on January... Else, what should i do during the WHOLE OF DECEMBER ?

heheh.. another long break from blogging.. i've been busy busy busy.. what can i say... i'm finally free from assignments.. but sadly, i'll be having my exams, starting tomorrow.. anyway, let me sum up what happened while i wasnt here...

first, it was the SME Project, where me and my group members had alot of fun running our own business selling taufufah *soya bean curd*

Next it was the performance by me and my performing art mates :) it was tiring but fun too ! still dont have the pictures for this one..

okay, continuation from the previous post... my parents went to a temple at Mendaling Street to pray.. and there, they met a 'sifu'.. he's supposed to be well known and many people would queue to be cured by him.. anyway, he saw my mum and she told him my problem, about my encounter... he told mum to bring me over to the temple the next day, as a precaution, in case i'm really being 'disturbed'

so, my parents took us out to pizza that night, and finally told me about it... they're worried that i might be scared about the whole thing, but i'm okay :) so, just for a peace of mind, i agreed to go to the temple the next day..

the next day ...

waited about half an hour, before it was finally my turn... the sifu was in a trance, and his eyes closed... he spoke so softly, and as if he was struggling to speak as loud as possible.. anyway, i held out my hands, and he touched it... then he spoke in hokkien :

"there's actually nothing wrong with you... nothing wrong at all.." - i just nodded.. pleased to know

"but your heart shows that, everything seems to be messed up" - mum looked at me..

"you have to be confident in anything you do.. ! why do you do things without confidence" - i nodded again..

"now, i'm going to take you as my godson.. of the Earth God.. is it alright with you?"

i nodded.. yes..

"now, take off your shirt..."

and he wrote something on my body, and my back... after that, its all over... hmmm... anyway, i think most of the things he said about me, he got it right... maybe he said that to others too... i dont know.... but i should really build up on my confidence :)

yeap, sorry for the loooong break from blogging... but i can assure you, this blog never dies.... it'll be my last thing i'd bring along with me to the grave.. :P the futuristic grave.. i wonder how is it... will i be buried online???? maybe by the year 2060, Nirvana has gone online.... hahahaha

anyway, see the topic of this post??? yup, you guessed it, i was harassed... by who ??? well, i was harassed in my room, around 2am, last Sunday....

it goes like this :
after playing my psp, i went to set the timer for my air cond (for 1 hour), and turn on the fan.. i went to sleep after that... soon after, i was awakened by a girl's voice... she was sort of talking in my head, or maybe she was right above me.. she said something, and i was kinda blurry, so i wasnt able to figure out what was it... i opened my eyes, but all i see is darkness... its like wtf... i tried to move, but its like i had muscle cramp all over my body... so, there you go... all i could do was to shut my eyes again, and tried to communicate with her.. i said "sorry if i made you mad somehow, and sorry sorry sorry" ... and then all was back to normal, i see my side table again... gosh, then when i thought it was gone, she spoke again, the same thing, and this time i asked her "what do you want from me" ... again, after she spoke, it was back to normal...

holy crap, my shirt was damp with sweat but i dared not move a muscle.... i counted to 3, and i picked up my pillow and ran off to my parents room >.< sorry mum and dad !

The No.1 reason that leads to hate, is indeed Jealousy... :) be strong and steady, i tell myself..

i've been trying to stay at home as much as possible lately, as i've been staying in college till late at night.. when i stay at home, it feels so peaceful....

anyway, 2 days ago, despite being so busy, i was able to watch the fire crossing ceremony of the 9th God festival.. it has been a tradition... i took a video of it too !

those who wanna cross fire, has to be a vegetarian for 15 days i think... if you're not, you have to bear the risk of getting burnt... thats what they say... i have a cousin, ah kiat, who crossed fire this year.. as well as previous years.. but this time, after walking halfway, he ran... ahahahaha.. i think he got burnt lah... :P

performing arts..

yeah well, performing arts... that was the reason for me to be back home late almost everyday this week.. i've been made the main character, playing as the WIFE.. eheh, i know i know, sounds a little silly huh, but, well, overall i enjoyed doing it... especially doing cross-dressing.. that was definitely a once in a lifetime experience for me...

and after the real performance today, i feel that i kinda miss my character... its like i've been into the character for too long, and being so free when i was playing the character, like my life was without any worries.. well, i hate being myself, so, i pretty much liked the character much more than myself...

also, i really miss the time spent with my team members, although we've only just become friends...

but life goes back to normal, and it goes on... thats what i dislike most..

well, when something good ends, it feels like you've dropped a gold pendant into the river... something too valuable to forget, and its impossible to relive that moment again..

making a fool of myself...

today, i learnt the meaning of the quote "a friend in need is a friend indeed".. and i realised, oh, how few friends i actually have..

also, i have to admit, that i'm a real sucked up leader... so, to anyone of you people out there, dont ever pick me as a team leader, i'm warning you :)

oh, how i have totally forgotten about the mooncake festival... when was it ??? shit man... i feel so alien... okay, i only know my parents offered me mooncake and i rejected it... maybe thats all, a glimpse of the mooncake... and when i visited all my friend's blog, no matter he/she being in Malaysia or overseas (Aussie, Philippines, etc..) they've celebrated mooncake festival... i feel like a loser... loser malaysian... being too busy isnt good at all... this sucks man...

i'm sure, as a malaysia, you guys must've been to any TESCO outlet right? isnt it nice, tesco hypermart being so bright and all the shelves being so high, making it look more spacious..

but have you ever wonder whats behind those walls? nop, it is not the carpark.. yes it is the store.. and its hot, stuffy and smelly.. here, let me show you some pictures i took... its like having a tour to some place you wouldnt want to go in real life :) trust me

mum asked me again about my scholarship application.. i decided to tell her.. no point hiding it forever.. i told her "got rejected, they offered me interest free loan instead, i reject their offer".. well, i'm happy that my friends get to maintain theirs...

its true that most things that happen are unfair... the world is unfair.. get used to it, no point whining..

dad said that it must be due to my results... i told him to keep quiet.. mum said there must be problems in my application forms.. i argued with her... now, i'm trying my best not to let them have a chance to have a go at me... i'll just pretend like i'm busy..

the last time i went to the stationery shop, i bought a set of 3 mechanical pencils.. now, i've used them all up (must've misplaced them) .. i went to czip lee, and thought i'd get the basic 2B pencils instead... well, cheaper & more economical.. also, wood is bio degradable :) i wonder how many more weirdos like me would still buy these wooden pencils...

i'm working for permanis again..this time promoting 1.5 bottled softdrinks in Tesco Hypermart.. my product includes Pepsi (regular, twist & max), 7-Up, 7-Up Revive and Mirinda (Orange, Strawberry & Ice Cream soda)

sales were alright if not better, compared to selling cartons during Chinese New Year.. but job time is like so bored, that i even count the birds who flew around me in Tesco..

i just dont know what to promote.. everybody knows pepsi, and mirinda, and they just take take and take.. like i'm gonna make a difference.. well, i managed to convince some old folks to try out pepsi =p

i've been extremely busy nowadays... sometimes even staying up to 12 hours in college trying to get all my things done.. even that, the results werent good.. i feel sorry for my tutorial partner, he had to finish most of the tutorial work... i managed to do only 1 question out of the total 4 :(

i'm planning to reward myself with a vacation at the end of this sem.. just to lighten up myself abit, for now!

malaysians...

i'm a malaysian :) pretty obvious.. and being a malaysian chinese, i can easily fit in the society :)

anyway, i've been eating out quite frequently nowadays.. and having my meals on awkward hours, i had nowhere to go but mamak shops and goreng pisang stalls.. its weird how unhealthy those food are, but we Malaysians still enjoy them whatsoever..

take teh'o ais for example.. it is freaking sweet even when you tell them you want it 'less sweet'.. yet, i've been ordering teh o ais whenever i go to the mamak... hmmph.. i should cut down on it..

also, the curry puffs, fried banana fritters(pisang goreng) and donuts being sold at stalls for tea time.. those food are oily.. also i can see flies enjoying the food before us.. ahahaha.. so does that deter us from eating pisang goreng? and whenever we go to these stalls, we'd just say "pakcik bagi pisang goreng 1 ringgit, & karipap 2 ringgit.."

well understood that rm1 can buy 5 pisang goreng or 3 curry puffs :)

aaaahh.. it has been a sucky week... truly sucky.. well, some uninvited guest visited my home while nobody's home... get the point?? someone broke into our house !!! and ransacked everyone's stuff.. (i was the least affected)

umm.. those idiots, they managed to cut the grill with 2 Solex lock on it.. blame the rusty grill.. then they went about doing their job... funny, i had about rm100 in my piggy, and it was untouched.. and my stupid sis had rm500 in her piggy, thank god they were untouched as well... weird huh..

tell you what they took.. my new acer laptop, mum's and sis's jewelleries (i didnt know those were real.. i thought they were fake plastic all along), sis's phone... (she's glad about this one you know!), some foreign currency.. thats basically all.. thank god mum is able to claim them from the insurance co... but still, i hate strangers ransacking my stuff.. it makes me feel insecure..

look at the mess they made !!!!!! my room was alright.. almost untouched.. probably cos they found only dusty books, and maybe my room smelled funny to them :P

should see my parent's and sister's room.. not strange at all lah, they have jewelleries..... i think they're petty burglars..

its been 3 weeks since classes started... the classes were ok, except for 1... the lecturer's silly & strict.... he shouldnt do that to us , or perhaps ME.. idiot... i'm so pressured to catch up in that class.. and when i'm pressured, nothing seem to enter my brain... sigh, i think i better get use used to it fast before i fall behind others...

its been eventful..

its been an eventful week..

well.. first of all, mum got herself and me a laptop.. no no, not 2 laptops.. only 1.. lol.. we agreed to share *with terms and conditions of course* *evil grin*.. anyway, still dont have the time to meddle with it..

then, early this week, a hong kong singer came to my college.. Eason that is.. Eason chan.. just like my mum, i kinda hate him... probably only liked 1 of his songs.. anyway, i was at the 3rd floor corridor waiting to enter the class, and then a group of people came.. i spotted Eason, he was in the middle.. kinda short and stout.. not really short la, but shorter than me.. he said hi at us, and just walked away.. lol.. an hour later, i was there again, waiting for my friends.. i was alone at the corridor.. and the same group of people came again.. saw eason the 2nd time.. lol.. must be after his performance.. p/s : his hairstyle suck bigtime..

hm... been gossiping alot lately.. =p mostly about people and happenings around the college.. also, gotta have to prepare myself for the strings of presentation later this month...my best wishes to mew choo.. our only hope for a gold medal, apart from his attitude-prob boyfriend..

fruss frustz frust.....

frustrated giler wei.. as you all know, my exam's next week.. and it is turning people into zombies.. i'm one of them lah... okay, for me, zombies are humans that are extremely frustrated with whatever is going on, and it just builds up... and then they just rip off guts from anyone they see (or those who scream, like they think screaming repel zombies)

anyway, what makes me frustrated with life and turns me into "zombie mode" lately..

1. drivers who overtake me, and then slows down when they're in front of me...

2. shop owner's attitude towards me like they dont need customers like me... (aka lan ciau face)

3. idiots who show their muka 10 sen when i say "hello" or a few minutes late ..

4. those who think they're sooo smart and teach me "wrong from right"...

5. and lastly , the current ruling party, and their mps... and their leader (yes, our prime minister indeed..).. it is just so frustrating when i see him being interviewed by the press.. i have to stop doing watever i am doing, and give 100% concentration on whatever he has to say (yes, you have to hear, and lip-read at the same time)... and he speaks as though he's speaking his last words... (damn, he just gotta make me stand there and watch him speak word by word...) steam breaker

and yeah... thats pretty much all the people i've met that just turns me into zombie mode.. and thinking about them makes me wanna stick a bunch of clothes-hanger up their assh*le..
