1. take your mind off that problem.. instead think of every little positive thing that will make you feel happy
2. look at happy faces.. smile at people (force yourself if you need to).. avoid looking at faces that you hate.. dont even think about them.
3. think about your next meal.. it should be something special, that you dont eat everyday (eg: cheese choc from secret recipe)
4. if you're staying away from food, think about things that you've always wanted to buy (within budget) or things you've always wanted to do (eg : go for a horror movie) .. then, just do it.. the main point is to satisfy yourself..
5. ok, this is my theory.. 2 satisfying things you do = no more feeling bad.. therefore, if you're feeling really really down (like the whole world's against you..) you might want to consider treating yourself to a 2 scoop ice cream at baskin robbins, and go get that shoe you've always considered buying.. then, afterwards, you might feel that, the world's aint that bad afterall :)

Eh...you're encouraging people to give in to desires when they're stressed out? Haha.
About no. 2... I don't agree. =) I force myself to smile, it just hurts. Sometimes it hurts a lot if you force yourself to smile! And avoiding people you hate is just running away... and someday it'll come back. hehe.
