well, i dont know what to post on my blog these days.. anyway, lets be grateful that this post confirms that the blog is still very much alive! :D
its approaching June, 2009 already ! that means your plans for the year should be half completed by now.. heh..
its also time for me and my coursemates to complete our assignments given to us at the early of the semester =x shhh...
been out 4/7 nights last week just to meet up with my group members to complete those work.. above are some pictures taken at Gasoline Serdang, which is facing the Mines Resort Lake..how romantic (with so many fishes and mosquitoes around)
its my first visit to madam kwan's ... heard of the name once in awhile... anyway, it turned out to be classy .. in klcc and all .. with the waiters and waitresses all in smart & formal attire.. but what i was about to see in the menu was disappointing.. nothing but our local cuisine costing not more than rm5 a dish in normal food stalls..
Anyway, without wasting much time, i ordered
1. Nasi Lemak - RM12 ++
2. Cincau - RM5 ++
Total ---> RM18 +
wtf .. with that much of money, i could treat myself to a Steak dinner, with a Large jug of Fruitjuice.. and the stuff i ordered was among the cheapest.. cant blame them tho, afterall they took risk by doing their business in KLCC
hellooo.. went to my first Philharmonic Orchestra on Saturday !! it was really classy... the setup and all.. but not the audience... they behaved like those at a rock concert..
i enjoyed sir willard white's performance.. he was casual... just like any other americans..
yes, the guy in the photo above is HIM .. and i paid a mere rm15 for the show :) which makes him look so cheap... hahaha
ps: i almost wore batik... but... oh well.... didnt quite like it..
i'll be going to my first philharmonic orchestra on 9th of May... on the same day, my cousin will also be having his wedding dinner... therefore, there is a certain trade off.. i chose to go to the philharmonic orchestra :D
can you please help me decide which suits me better ??
This video was made in the Antwerp, Belgium Central Station (train). On a Monday morning, with no warning to the passengers passing through the station, a recording of Julie Andrews comes on the public address system singing “Do, Re, Mi.” As the bemused passengers watch in amazement, some 200 dancers begin to appear from the crowd and station entrances. Enjoy.
i watched it and it made me smile just like the onlookers... wouldnt the world be a nicer place if things like this happens more often :) although it may seem like nothing but a great performance, i feel that it has the largest effect when it comes unexpected.. it definitely lift the spirit of stressful city people :)

malaysia breed cowards ?? hahaha. better have scared citizens that outspoken ones right??
my parents & my sis will be going to kluang, johor for a cousin's pre marriage dinner... the bride's side of course... dad, well known with his innova, will have to fetch part of my cousin's family there... my dad has to be a driver for 8 hours, even on his BIRTHDAY, 2nd May...
they're leavin at 2pm, back at about 2am.. long journey... and that, i have the house all to myself for 12 hours ! haha... not that i'm gonna do anything also.. probably goin out window shopping and wonder around... gonna get a haircut also, for a new hairstyle.
its 1st of May !! that means my dad's birthday is gonna be tomorrow.. actually today lah, its already over 12.. i wished him before he went to bed... he responded with a groan.. hahahaha
its been a long day, especially for my dad :D he was the big guy today, and played a major role in organizing the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of 2 badminton courts at the park.. YB Teo Nie Ching came, wearing a smart outfit that has the word "Member of Parliament, Malaysia" .. thats cool.. hehe.. and there was another guy, a State Assemblyman, also the State Exco, Ean Yong.. they were here to officially kick of the project :D
then after all that, it ended at about 12 noon... where a group of 'anti-badminton court being built at that area and thinks that something else should be built there' had a major meeting.. and then they sort of had a parade, where they walked around the residential area.. soon after, they went to the exact spot of the ground breaking ceremony we had in the morning, and destroyed a sign post which merely inform the residents about the construction of the badminton court...
haha, the vandalism was caught on a DVD recorder, and from a clearer version of this video, i actually recognize that guy !! haha.. that dumb ass !! we made a police report and enclosed a cd as an evidence to the police..
There is a big emphasis this year on your work and health zone, so plan to direct the majority of your energy towards your daily affairs, projects and your wellbeing in 2014. You're learning the art of balance and beauty, and finding new ways to make your work more creative and less dreary. This is because your entire mindset is changing for the better and you're realizing that just because you're loyal, hardworking and full of more perseverance than most doesn't mean that you have to stick it out in what feels more like drudgery and duty than work that you love.
